The North Shore is locally owned by developers who have called Preston home for many years. Because of this, the project has been conceptualized and developed by people who know the land, know its best use and know how to make it the greatest possible project. In fact, some of the developers are building here and will call the North Shore home. This project is near and dear to our hearts and we know it will be to yours as well.

The North Shore is a community perched along the shores of the Glendale Reservoir in Idaho. This body of water is a recreation destination for anglers, water skiers, boaters and anyone who is not afraid to get a little wet. Many of the homesites of The North Shore are located right on the shore of the lake giving you unlimited access to the water. In addition The North Shore has its own private boat ramp and dock. The lake is fed by various mountain streams where fly fishing is an irresistable attraction.

The great thing about Glendale Reservoir is the remoteness of its location. This lends to ample space to persue any water recreational activity without the fear of intrusion and overcrouding. The closest city is Preston Idaho with a population of under 12,000 and is about a ten minute drive from The North Shore.

Development Stage

• Final plats approved and recorded for both Phase I and Phase II
• Community CC&R's complete and recorded
• All roads cut in and gravelled
• Phase I utilities are completed (Phase II will be completed early summer 2009)
• Entrance design complete and construction will begin summer 2009
• Boat ramp completed
• Grading and landscape preparation started on common area
